With a background in Counseling (M.A.) and Holistic Nutrition, I offer resources to care for your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Whether you’re teaching your children about emotional wellness, managing your home with toxin-free products, or prioritizing your health through nourishing food, I’m here to help you live a healthier, more holy life.
